MY APPROACH

Since 2001, I’ve had the honor of mentoring and guiding individuals from diverse backgrounds as they reconnect with their inner wisdom and step into their most authentic, empowered selves. It’s been a profound joy to walk alongside each person’s unique journey—whether supporting young college students in discovering their voice, helping survivors of interpersonal violence navigate the path of healing, or mentoring yoga students in cultivating a practice rooted in gratitude, connection, and purposeful action.

In every session, group, and class, my intention is to hold a space where you feel safe to explore, reflect, and witness your own patterns and adaptations with curiosity. Through thoughtful inquiry, grounded practices, and compassionate reflection, I offer guidance to support your journey toward healing and liberation.

    Our initial sessions are dedicated to assessing your current practices & self-care routines and co-creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

    Everyone has pain points when it comes to their healing journey. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers.

  • Integrative

    Since healing is both a mind-body journey, I’ll be guiding you toward helpful practices and tools such as breathwork (pranayama), movement (asana), and more.

If yoga therapy feels like the right fit for your journey, we’ll collaborate to create personalized practices and techniques that support your unique needs, goals, and path toward healing. Our work together includes:

  • A comprehensive 60-minute intake session — including a full personal history, lifestyle review, and holistic wellness assessment

  • Ongoing 1-on-1 sessions (60 minutes each) — to support and guide you throughout your healing process

  • Customized yoga practices, therapeutic inquiries, and a self-care plan — designed to align with your goals and support lasting transformation

  • Support rooted in yoga and neuroscience—to deepen your understanding of your nervous system and emotional landscape, and to empower you with insights and tools for lasting, sustainable healing
